25^th World Scout Jamboree

 

gapuratuja.blogspot.com ||  25^th World Scout Jamboree~ Korea 2023 Global Gunsan-si, South Korea The 25^th World Scout Jamboree will take place from August 1^st  to 12^th , 2023, at Saemangeum, Jeollabuk-do, Republic of Korea! This is the second time the Korean Scout Association has hosted, as the 17^th World Scout Jamboree was held in the country in 1991.

 

Equally important, this jamboree will also mark the 100^th anniversary of the Korean Scout Association, a milestone that we will celebrate together in 2023.

 

Experience at the 25^th World Scout Jamboree will enable young people to fulfill their dreams, make friendships with people from different cultures, and take part in safe, inclusive and sustainable programs. This program is designed based on several core elements, including: Scouting for Life, Smart & Scientific, Safe & Secure, Sustainability, and ACT: Adventure, Culture, and Tradition.

 

The theme of the 25^th World Jamboree is "Draw your Dream", representing our willingness to accept the ideas and opinions of young people, and open up opportunities for them to realize their Jamboree dreams. "Draw Your Dream!" expressed the desire of members of the Scout Movement to turn the 25^th World Scout Jamboree into their own festival and grow their dreams through the event.

 

To be an eligible young participant at the 25^th World Scout Jamboree, you must be born between July 22^nd 2005 and July 31^st 2009.

 

If you are older, the solution is you can also join us as a member of our International Service Team (IST), register to become a Unit Leader, or become a member of your Contingent Management Team.
